In vows and words, they made their claim,
ICAR pledged, cadres to proclaim.
The promises spoke of unity's thread,
As one, the cadres would be led.
But time passed on, yet nothing done,
Assistant's hope, still waiting for the sun.
In CJSC's meet, the matter agreed,
Unified cadres, a promise indeed.
Yet, time moves slow, the wait prolonged,
Assistant's dream, still stands unthronged.
Union Cabinet's call in '97,
ICAR's order, a pledge to leaven,
To unify Assistant's cadre with care,
But only PA PS, they chose to bear.
Supreme Court's command, they obeyed,
PA PS combined, their dues paid.
Yet, Assistant's fate, still left astray,
Injustice looming, a dismay.
Years have passed, the wait persists,
Assistant's plea, still in the mist.
Time and again, their hopes revived,
But unification, not yet arrived.
In unity, they stand, strong and bold,
Assistant's spirit, cannot be sold.
Injustice faced, yet hearts still strong,
For unified cadre, they long.
ICAR, it's time to uphold,
The promises made, the stories told.
Unify Assistant's noble plight,
Combine their seniority, make it right.
Let justice flow, like a gentle stream,
Fulfill the dream, of a unified team.
In unity, ICAR shall find,
The strength and power, to bind.
For Assistant's valor, a heartfelt plea,
To unify the cadre, let it be.
No more delays, no more dismay,
Let justice shine, in every way.
